Welcome to the Shawnee Liberals Association Web site!
Our Mission
The purpose of the Shawnee Liberals Association shall be to foster and encourage liberal ideas on the Shawnee State University
Campus, while also considering opposing viewpoints. The club as a whole shall not strive to endorse specific ideas, candidates,
or laws, but rather to consider all items of discussion as individuals as part of the group. Subcommittees may be formed
to endorse specific candidates, ideas or laws when a majority of members are in agreement, but a subcommittee of this sort
does not necessarily reflect the viewpoints of the entire club. No member shall be turned away for holding viewpoints that
do not coincide with what others in the group believe.
